Summer Program on 3D Printing for Girls
The Cluster of Excellence 3D Matter Made to Order (3DMM2O) organizes a Summer Program for girls. It aims at giving high school students with an interest in STEM an inside view on how 3D printing works all the way from designing the model at the computer to the physical object.
In exciting workshops and lectures lead by specialists and professors from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and Heidelberg University, the Summer Program conveys fascinating insights into the world of 3D printing as well as a glimpse into two of the best universities in Germany.
In 2020, the topic of the Summer Program will be "Inventing the Future: Will We Print Our Next Generation Gadgets at Home?"
