Communicating your research well is one of the most important skill a scientist can have. Therefore, the Graduate School recognizes conference presentations and posters as an important part of science communication. Conference participation is submitted in a written form to the Graduate School Manager.

The Cluster also offers trainings from the field of Science Communication within the CZF Training Program that can be credited (for example, Visual Science Communication or Rhetoric and Speaking). The CZF Training Program is funded within the framework of the Carl Zeiss Foundation-Focus@HEiKA and supports the development of the Doctoral and Postdoctoral Researchers.

Here you can watch an introduction to the module “Effective Visual Communication of Science” by a Young Scientist.
